The base sauce is the fermented beancurd (豆腐乳) and red fermented beancurd (南乳,which is similar to 豆腐乳 but bigger piece, not so salty and more reddish/purplish in color). Ingredients must have gluten, taupok, black fungus, black moss, tang hoon and vege.
