goodbye 2005

Last day of the year. Wow. How does that feel? Pretty old I guess. So what did you do today? I went to my friend's house for a post-Christmas pre New Year gathering. Played with Oreo, their 6 months old baby boy. Cute cute cute! I can't resist little kids! Well, I do have a knack in making them cry but still, I loved them!

So we ate, drank and exchanged gifts and updates of each other. There were warmth in a rainy afternoon.

We started our course in 1995, so that meant we knew each other for like 10 years now? Wah, cliche as it sounds but time really flies! I'll attest to that.

So thank you my friends. And may you and your family have a blessed New Year!

out with the girls

Hmm.. after hibernating at home for six days, I finally ventured out to have lunch with the girls. By the girls, I meant Flo and Gin. Flo wanted to get a haircut. Actually Flo and Gin wanted to get haircuts but Gin said $39 is too expensive for a trim, so she opted out. While Flo decided to get this haircut from this guy featured in Her World magazine. So off she trotted to Heeren for her appointment at 1pm. I met up with Gin at 1.45pm because we thought Flo would have completed her haircut by then. So we hung around, shopped for a while until we couldn't wait no more and decided to drop by and see what's Flo's haircut is progressing...

So off we went to UrbanHair and we saw Chester (the guy featured in the mag). Of course dear Flo didn't see us as she was too busy fussing over her hair. Chester saw us though and he managed to grin at us. Must had been thinking how come got people so bo liao stand there and ogle at him. Anyway, we sensed that Flo may take a while, so off we went to Billy Bombers for our lunch. By the time the food arrived correctly ('coz the first time round, our cheese fries somehow turned into sprite!), it was about 2.15pm. So we ate, and drank and waited and ate somemore until it was about 3pm. Yeah.. so the haircut took that many hours to complete. Amazing isn't it?!

After Flo finished her lunch, it was about 4pm. So off we shopped somemore around Heeren. We spent about 30 mins at this shop called Xi. Quite cool stuffs inside. Flo wanted to go Taka but it was raining, so we idled somemore in Heeren until it was about 5pm. At Taka we looked at some Coach handbags, walked somemore and went down to basement to get some Takopachi before Gin heads home. It was 6pm when we decided to get to the MRT. Alas, when we were walking towards the MRT of course has to pass through Wisma Atria.. so off the girls went into the shops while I tried not to feel claustrophobic (due to the throngs of humans swimming around). By the time we really get to the MRT, it was 6.25pm. The peak of human traffic! Argh!

Yeah, I sulked 'coz I hate places with lots of humans squeezing together. Just not my cup of tea.

Anyway, that's my afternoon with the girls. How was yours? Hope you had a nice day too.

ktv

I'm a KTV freak! (all freak out, yea!)
Don't know why, but I lurrrrve KTV! Probably its 'coz I have a thick skin and dun care if others find my singing horrible (actually not that bad also..).

I can sing for hours... on my own. Sad hor? Yalor.. sometimes I feel quite awkward entering the KTV alone. Like no friends to jio... hmm.. But I dun care! Alone means I can sing whatever, whenever I want! How bad also never mind!

I like to sing S.H.E's songs... but need to find Selina and Hebe's voice... 'coz mine is low. Hehe... Currently dun have kaki.. either they don't know the song or they don't know their cue.. kekeke (got 1 fren I always psycho her to sing Selina and Hebe's part.. bo bian, coz only have 2 mic... think she feels quite stressed whenever I do such thing! ;P )

So if you're interested, come on.. let's sing!

zodiac sign

Did you know I had always believe in the zodiac sign? Or probably I was looking for signs to believe in.. Hmm...

Anyway, here's an interesting excerpt on Taureans (got it from one of the many astrological sites):

Traditional
Taurus Traits

Patient and reliable
Warmhearted and loving
Persistent and determined
Placid and security loving

On the dark side....

Jealous and possessive
Resentful and inflexible
Self-indulgent and greedy

The Taurean's characteristics are solidity, practicality, extreme determination and strength of will - no one will ever drive them, but they will willingly and loyally follow a leader they trust. They are stable, balanced, conservative good, law-abiding citizens and lovers of peace, possessing all the best qualities of the bourgeoisie. As they have a sense of material values and physical possessions, respect for property and a horror of falling into debt, they will do everything in their power to maintain the security of the status quo and be somewhat hostile to change.

Mentally, they are keen-witted and practical more often than intellectual, but apt to become fixed in their opinions through their preference for following accepted and reliable patterns of experience. Their character is generally dependable, steadfast, prudent, just, firm and unshaken in the face of difficulties. Their vices arise from their virtues, going to extremes on occasion, such as sometimes being too slavish to the conventions they admire.

On rare occasions a Taurean may be obstinately and exasperatingly self-righteous, unoriginal, rigid, ultraconservative, argumentative, querulous bores, stuck in a self-centered rut. They may develop a brooding resentment through nursing a series of injuries received and, whether their characters are positive or negative, they need someone to stroke their egos with a frequent, "Well Done!" Most Taureans are not this extreme though.

They are faithful and generous friends with a great capacity for affection, but rarely make friends with anyone outside their social rank, to which they are ordinarily excessively faithful. In the main, they are gentle, even tempered, good natured, modest and slow to anger, disliking quarreling and avoiding ill-feeling. If they are provoked, however, they can explode into violent outbursts of ferocious anger in which they seem to lose all self-control. Equally unexpected are their occasional sallies into humor and exhibitions of fun.

Although their physical appearance may belie it, they have a strong aesthetic taste, enjoying art, for which they may have a talent, beauty (recoiling from anything sordid or ugly) and music. They may have a strong, sometimes unconventional, religious faith. Allied to their taste for all things beautiful is a love for the good things of life pleasure, comfort, luxury and good food and wine and they may have to resist the temptation to over indulgence, leading to drunkenness, gross sensuality, and covetousness.

Those in italics is what I found are quite true! I always wait for the green man to come on the traffic light before I crosses the road. Yeah, I admit.. I am egoistical at times. Pride is my downfall. And yes, I can be your good friend. But if you ever betray my trust... that's it. Once is enough! I hate being confrontational, so you'd find me grumbling behind.. and I think that's also quite bad bah...Yeah, my friends will tell you that most of the time they find me good humored and mild natured. But those who has seen my temper.. quite shocking too. Hehe, recently I found out I had an eye for good stuffs. Meaning, when I can easily pick something that suits you. Be it clothes or other stuffs that I think you may like. But the funniest thing is, that eye doesn't work for myself. Therefore, you'd find me in the most mismatched outfit! Sigh.

Here are somemore on the work side:
In their work, Taureans are industrious and good craftspeople, and are not afraid of getting their hands dirty. They are reliable, practical, methodical and ambitious, within a framework of obedience to superiors. They are at their best in routine positions of trust and responsibility, where there is little need of urgency and even less risk of change, and a pension at the end. Yet they are creative and good founders of enterprises where the rewards of their productiveness come from their own work and not that of others.

So bosses, you see.. we Taureans don't mind routine work (But we do need changes once in a while.. but nothing too drastic). Too much, you'd find us packing... I think. Sometimes beggars can't be choosers (I'm saying for myself)

Summary:

LIKES
* Stability
* Being Attracted
* Things Natural
* Time to Ponder
* Comfort and Pleasure

DISLIKES
* Disruption
* Being pushed too hard
* Synthetic or "man made" things
* Being rushed
* Being indoors

So Taureans out there, do you feel likewise? Or is it just me?

Interesting nuggets (same birthdate as me!):
May 14, 1925 - Patrice Munsel - Singer
May 14, 1936 - Bobby Darin - Singer
May 14, 1944 - George Lucas - Film maker
May 14, 1952 - David Byrne - Singer

Other famous Taureans includes Florence Nightingale, Sigmund Freud, Orson Wells, Guglielmo Marconi amongst others! Hurray!

Shrimp Wantons...

Do you know that advertisement where Chew Chor Meng advocates the shrimp wantons with real shrimps inside? Well, I bought a box of that.. $3.60 from NTUC. Try mah, or else who knows whether there're real shrimps inside, correct bo?

Well, I read the instructions pretty well I think.. First, put the frozen wantons inside hot water for 15 seconds. Yeah, no need to thaw. Just like the glutinous rice ball (packet form) that I made earlier. Just dump the frozen balls inside boiling water and boil till it floats. But that got nothing to do with our shrimps of course.

Well, after that I poured away the water and put in another batch for the soup.Hmm.. the package never mention whether to use the same water or not... but anyway, that's what I did. Then boil the soup and dump in the wanton for another 2-3 minutes.

When it was done, I could actually see the shrimp inside.. Not bad, looks quite chunky. There were 12 wantons inside the package. So one is about $0.30? Is that ex? Hmm... I don't know.. usually I buy 'shui gao' for $2.50 per bowl which comes with 6 moderate sized shui gao's and some vege. The wantons here are quite small. And how about the taste? I would say pepperish! There's no other meat except the shrimp and when you bite into it, you could taste pepper and more pepper. Hmm.. overall, it tasted okay, but I've got bits of the wanton that was too thick, so that tasted floury.

Overall, okay, can buy and it's good for lazy people like me.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone!
Joy to the World!

Just some pictures I took recently...

好糗。。。

a wedding lunch

First of all, a very hearty 'Congratulations!' to the happy couple, Lily and Cheng Teng on their union. Wishing you Happiness Always.

It was good to see old friends once more. Adeline, Su Yin, Pik Yue and Su Chin, it seemed just like yesterday that we were still in school. Hehe, glad to know that all of us turned out okay. We have engineers (and a bummer.. that's me), a finance manager and a project specialist for a large cooperation.. what else could we ask for? Maybe a husband who earns $60K per month? That's a little far-fetched but this person does exist.. only he's someone else's husband!

I can't imagine myself earning $60K per year.. much less per month.. wahh... I'd probably be drooling and laughing in my sleep if it happens! I suppose, life is what you made it out to be. Meaningful, meaningless.. fruitful.. boring.. whatever it is.. we can change it.. if we want to. Do you believe so? I don't know.

I was reprimanded before for answering with "I don't know.." Someone once said, it's better if you'd answer "I'm not sure and I'll find out for you." But what if I am not interested to find out? Have anyone considered that? Maybe I'd like to live in ignorance. Laughable? Probably. Dumb? Maybe.

and there were thunder

pitter patter sound of rain...

These few days it's been raining cats and dogs. My nose is starting to drip and eyes getting teary. It's the season of flu, again.. it seems. Speaking of rain, my office is quite prone to being struck by lightning. Twice in fact for this week. I just hope I'm NOT outside when it happens!

Dawn Yang seems to be the hot topic nowadays. Quite popular, this girl. Well, to each their own.

Christmas is just round the corner, and seems like they've put a huge tree somewhere... ya, I'm quite bad with news nowadays. Damn lazy genes....

Don't know why, but I have cravings for sashimi these days. Not that I actually will eat them.. just that I've been thinking of eating.. Found out Cold Storage will lower the prices of the sashimi and sushi items once it's past 8 at night. Guess that's when the freshness quotient drops and they're eager to clear off the leftovers. Sashimi has the most discount of up to 30%-40%, while sushi/nigiri items is having like a dollar lesser only, while no change for the other sushi items that are priced at $0.50 and $1 each.

Caught Harry and the Goblet of Fire. Not bad,Hermione is growing up pretty. Harry is his same old self, while Ron.. why the loser attitude? Ron's pretty bulky at the biceps.. maybe he's been working out.. but it looks out of synch with his face. Overall, not a bad movie... so now waiting for the next one. Hmm.. wonder how will Narnia fare?

Besides Christmas, there's a wedding... gathering.. someone's birthday... end of the year seems so busy...

Your Blog Should Be Blue

Your blog is a peaceful, calming force in the blogosphere.
You tend to avoid conflict - you're more likely to share than rant.
From your social causes to cute pet photos, your life is a (mostly) open book.

Bailing out...

My friends have been asking me, "Are you still doing the same job? I thought you wanted to quit?" *chuckle*

Yeah, I've been hanging that on my mouth ever since last year. In fact, I did submit a letter of resignation then but I retracted it. Why did I retract it? I don't know. Serious? Yeah, it's that bad. Actually, I feel that I'm no longer suited for the job. It'll be better if someone else (who are better qualified) to continue. To tell the truth, I really don't know what I want to do with my life.

I've no ambition at all... so far life has been quite kind to me. Thank God. My wish is for world peace... cliche? Yes, but hey... I really want world peace and for everyone to be happy and healthy.

The world is getting crankier with every passing day. Escapism into our own world is self-delusion but at least, we're not hurting anyone else. But in this case, no contribution either. Maybe it should be a rule in life... even if not contributing to make the world a better place, then don't destroy it either.

What crap am I talking? Sigh...

What a day

Ya, yesterday was one hectic day. As I've said, Gina and Flo came by to my house... and their main purpose was... to dye Gina's hair.. DIY style. Why my place? I have no idea why...

I was at Flo's beck and call the whole entire afternoon. "Take this color tray, stand here.... stand the other side... Take tissue paper, dab Gina's face..." *can still hear her voice ringing in my ears.. shudder*

Gina on the hotseat with Flo, doing her hair:

After some 10 minutes of application:

Finally... after a few hours or so.. (actually, think it was just 30 minutes.. but it really felt like an eternity...)

Flo(the commander)

After Gina has washed up, Flo suggested we go for coffee break. So off we trotted to Causeway Point for a harmless cup of coffee. Boy, was it crowded! Forgotten that these few days, there'll be lots of ppl shopping due to Deepavali and Hari Raya.

Naturally, when going out with girls in a shopping centre... it's SHOPPING time! They tried out some clothes, shoes etc while I tried to look busy. Ahh.. but Gina did humor me by trying out some top that I've picked out for her. *grinz*

After 3 hours of shopping (as for me, standing around).. we went to Ya Kun for coffee (bcoz no Starbucks was to be found.. which is just as well, coz a-kun is cheaper!) After 15 minutes of well deserved break, we continued shopping because Charles asked us what we want to eat for dinner. Since no one can decide (coz all still very full from lunch and coffee), we continued shopping till Charles suggested we go Marina South for steamboat and bbq. Since no objection, Gina whipped out her trusted handphone and called Gerry and HC to join, while Charles mobilized YY.

So around 730pm, we made our way to Braddell where Charles fetched us in his car. We met YY along the way, and so the 5 of us cruised to Marina South while HC and Gerry made their way from Bugis.

After a very fulfilling dinner (must had packed more than 3 kgs yesterday night alone!), we went to the nearby arcade for a round of Daytona. After 3 rounds later, Flo and Gina found a drum beating game. Mesmerized by the 3 kids who were playing it (they were very coordinated!), we decided to give it a try. So imagine 3 grown-ups playing that. Totally hilarious! After much fun, Charles suggested we go Geylang for tau-huay and fried you-tiao (dough-stick).

As we approached Geylang, Charles will occasionally point out the 'attractions' to YY, who started to bleed from the corner of his lips... The night finally ended with one cup of cool soya milk and half a you-tiao, and thanks to Charles for sending us home safely. That was my Saturday... and how was yours? Hope it was just as fun!

Here we go

I'm never one for entertaining. I mean, usually I don't like to invite guests to my house. Too much trouble, too much hasle.

So, you can imagine my reluctance when Gina and Flo announced that they were dropping by for lunch. I guess they too can sense it. It's not like I don't welcome the intrusion.. haha, what a choice of word. Yup, I'm a very very private person. Though you may not know it, seeing that I'm quite outgoing most of the times.

So off to the NTUC I went in search of what we would be eating later. They wanted spaghetti while I'd most happy to do instant noodles. Of course my guests offered to cook as well but how can I allow my guests to cook? No way man...

So here's the menu for today's party of 3. My housemate opted out coz I think he's shy (or maybe he has no confidence in my cooking!) Main course, spaghetti (due to demand) but it will be chinese style. What is spaghetti chinese style? Well, with oyster sauce. Minimum fuss and hey, the sauce is already in the fridge! Okay, not just oyster sauce (too cheapskate). It'll be oyster sauce chicken wings cooked with shiitake mushrooms. I've already marinated the wings and now it's thawing.. so can start cooking the sauce at 10.30am. Next, simple fried eggs. For vege, fried cucumber with chili padi (prob some bits of chicken meat). Of course the only hot stuffs is just the spaghetti sauce. The rest are all going to be cold/lukewarm 'coz got no microwave oven. And for desserts, red crystal jambu with plum powder. Will cook the spaghetti once the guest has arrived so lunch can be served in 10 mins time after arrival.

The previous time I did this sauce, it turned out too watery and not so salty. Haha, this time round, I'm armed with corn flour, so can make the gravy thicker... so should be better, I think...

By 11.30am, I'll take a bath and meet them at the MRT around 12pm.

22 October, 2005

Hot hot hot

Been feeling under the weather lately. Probably due to tiredness ba.. Yesterday went to KTV but didn't really sing much. Luke enjoyed himself though. Later only HC and Gerry joined us. HC is something like me, we both go for latest releases (^_^)

Went to Yew Tee just now, and found it this new machine installed. Perhaps I didn't notice it, so I assume it's new! It's a movie rental thingie.. so may try it out later. Here's what it is Cine Now!

Might be playing badminton later. So have a healthy weekend!~

Home Sweet Home

Yup, I'm back since last Saturday morning. Then went to chalet and started work on Monday. And everyday, it's about reaching home around 11pm. Really salute all working mums who can juggle so many stuffs!

24 September, 2005

Packing Up...

Hai... packing up is hard work! I've been packing since 6pm... took me about 3 hours to pack for 3 weeks stuffs. Argh!

Stressful 'coz 3 weeks in KL and by week 2, need to complete the current project plus managing another one... *gulp* Women are supposed to be very talented in multi-tasking.. but I need to admit defeat..

Been feeling under the weather because of this... sigh..

But I suppose, every clouds will have its silver linings somewhere...

Oh well, have a nice weekend and see you in KL! Cheers!

23 September, 2005

Countdown...

Had lunch at Sakana, an expensive looking Japanese restaurant along Liang Seah Street. Food was not bad, the ambience even better. Dining area were segregated with thin walls, thus making us feeling as if we're dining in private.

Tea was refilled frequently. But of course the waitress could use a whole lot more of smile. The older waitress was polite and courteous but the younger one.. hmmm...

But just be aware that after you leave the place, you'll end up smelling oily.

22 September, 2005

Ah~ Choo~, 'Scuse Me!

I've caught the sneezing bug! Woke up feeling funny this morning. Probably due to yesterday night sleeping at around 12.30am.

After bathing, felt the nose was getting runny. Used up a pack of tissue before I left the house for work. Boy, it was a torture in the MRT. You know, rush hour... people stand packed inside. Tried very hard not to sneeze. Pinched the nose, the head facing upwards.. holding breath.. everything. Finally let loose the first sneeze outside of the station. Sneezed twice at each traffic lights and sneezed another 5 times in the office. Ugh...

21 September, 2005

Go Go Go!

Off to Malaysia, here we go! Will be there for 3 weeks starting from 25th Sept. all the way till 14th October. Manz, the hotel is sure gonna love us! *kaching kaching $$$*

Stressful weeks ahead... deadlines looming. But still, there's only 1 life to live. So make the best out of it.

God bless, and good night.

Mooncakes and Weddings

Today we celebrated the joyous union of two souls... HC and Gerry... it's their customary wedding lunch! Here's wishing both of them happiness!

Today is also the MoonCake festival.. because it is the fifteenth day of the eight lunar month. So, started this morning with vegetarian food (cheong fun + vegetarian bee hoon). Lunch was an 8 course affair with the best dish going to... hmmm... I would have to say.. the vegetable dish! Inoki mushrooms on a bed of spinach. Nice.

Had 4 pieces of mooncake just now with oolong tea. So now, overloaded with sugar. Can sleep late tonight because tomorrow... on off! So, happy MoonCake festival to you too.

Starry Starry Nite

Quidam is playing near my workplace! Yeah, the blue and yellow canopy. I walked past it everyday. One night (8th Sept) I was walking towards the MRT, when I saw... James Lye! Yeah, complete with Diana Ser and Joanna Peh. Whoa, I was awed by the winsome smile Joanna has but James completely ignored my wave. Ha! He was too engrossed in whatever he was saying to Diana.

So off I went, trudging towards the MRT when I chance upon, Jack Neo and Mark Lee! Ooh, Mark is quite tall, and Jack not so plump on close up. I came to a conclusion that night. Stars' skin are really good (or their makeup is!).. and they don't look at other people. They just stare straight ahead as if you do not exist (except for Joanna though.. or so I thought..)

Anyways, there was my closest brush with stardom. Sweet dreams.

03 September, 2005

Humans...

Natural disasters we cannot control. Recent Hurricane Katrina is one example. Its effect is devastating. But what is even more appalling... humans.

Saw it in the news that survivors are left without the most basic necessities like water and food. Not only that, it was reported that there were looting, raping and beatings.

Will one be happy with ill-gotten gains? Where are our compassion? Our morals?

02 September, 2005

Happy Birthday Gina!

Happy birthday to you~ May all your wishes come true!

Am blogging this for future reference. So next year, same time, same day.. just click and see who's birthday on which date.

We're celebrating tomorrow, so see ya!

Concussed...

Had like 3-4 hours of sleep... am feeling deprived. Raining now and washing clothes. What can be a better combination?

Of mooncakes and such...

One mooncake costs around $26++. One! OMG, I peeked and found that it consists of 6 yolks! Who eats six yolks?!

Woman: "WHAT! 1 for $26++??!"
Me: 6 yolks mah
Woman: "Means no lotus paste in the mooncake?!"
Me: Not to mention high cholestrol
Woman: I think no one eats 6 yolks!

Woman quickly went away before the stall owner comes and chases after us

^%$!@^%#$!

Yeah, basically sums up what I'm feeling at this moment.

26 August, 2005

Of soups and stuffs

I'm really into cooking nowadays. Don't know why... maybe it's the domesticated instincts all came out. Tried to made borsch soup the other but it was a total, total failure... sigh

Got the ingredients except beetroot... so added paprika instead... almost same color.. probably not the taste though. Oh, they mentioned cabbage... and I got a red colored one (actually it was purple colored). Wonder if that made the taste different? Geez, probably it was because I didn't copied down the steps in making the soup. So it tasted like some chinese ABC soup.. coz the ingredients are about the same.

Yesterday I made the normal soup. Here's what I dumped inside:

1. half large onion
2. one tomato
3. 1 corn (broken into 2)
4. half a cube of ikan bilis stock
5. 3 cubes of beef (no need to eat the meat)

Tasted like it should...

Just the other day, went to the supermart and bought dried basil, oregano, paprika and grounded black pepper. Also bought 1 bottle of mirin, wasabi and soy sauce. The latter set is to make wasabi sauce. Was ok as a sauce for the tofu. But probably should keep the tofu slices to a minimum. Was supposed to be tofu tomato salad, but was too lazy to cut up the tomato. But 1 block of tofu salad shared among 2 people... bleah... got sick of the taste very fast!

For a consolation, made some pretty tasty bruschetta. Although not as good as Sketches.. but I liked it. Heh, heh... my bro is my guinea pig.. so far no tummy ache yet.

Cheers!

16 August, 2005

Just not my day...

I'm sooOoooOOoo hungry! Missed dinner 'coz of work. Actually, I brought it upon myself. Sigh...

I am taxi uncles best friend... well, besides being best friends with all sorts of insurance people, sales person etc... yup, I am a frequent traveller of taxis. Heck, they should implement mileage points for customers like us. How come I always get booking fees of $4? Who can remember what is the best time to get a cab? When you need them, you need them!

Hmm.. had Turkish food at Sofra's yesterday for lunch. The ambience was nice, but the food.. could be better. Tried the shish kebap but it when it arrived, it looked shrunked somehow. The beef was a tad tough and dry too. But I enjoyed the eggplants, best of the lot in the salad... followed by the pretty purple petals of preserved cabbage.

Overall, I consider it okay because of the price... ranging from below $6 to around $14. Oh, had Turkish coffee too. It was served in a pretty cup and saucer. Very much like masak-masak teacup! After drinking most of the coffee, noticed the bottom of the teacup has some thick sludge. Doesn't taste like ground coffee beans. Felt it tasted kinda sandy. Didn't know whether to drink it up or leave it. Hey, maybe it was considered impolite to leave things in the teacup? Anyway, trawled the web after that and found this article. Now I feel enlightened!

To the Esplanade, we go!

Just thought of something. Are you doing anything on 28 August? It's a Sunday and for goodness sake, don't just stay at home! Bring your friends/girl/boy/wife/husband, whoever whatever, to a concert. How about that?

Here you go, get tickets here.

A very cute friend of mine,YingTee, will be performing, so if you're interested, go see her and her friends sing. Oh, what kind of performance huh? She said its chorale.

Hey, thanks for your time, and enjoy~

ps : I haven't been to the Esplanade for any concerts. Any recommendations on the seats? Errr... more specifically, the $20 ones.. yeah, I know.. I'm a cheapo

Intro

Hey, aint this template cool? Like the star, reminds me of Converse though.

Chill, I'm doing my own thing here. Wanted to sort of introduce what this blog is all about, but hey... for what? It'll reveal itself in no time.

Will this blog come back and haunt me in my later years? Heck, probably it will! Haha, so be it then.
