udon soup with pork meatballs and cabbage

For soup

anchovies (head removed)
oyster
onions
tomatoes

For meatballs
minced pork
onions chopped
sesame oil
pepper
fish sauce

Others
udon washed and drained
cabbage chopped, washed and drained


Steps
1. Make anchovies stock by boiling anchovies in water for about a couple of minutes
2. Remove anchovies
3. Add onions and cabbage and boil till cabbage is soft
4. Remove cabbage and onions and place it aside
5. Cook meatballs till three quarter cooked
6. Remove meatballs and place aside
7. Add back vegetables, oyster, udon and meatballs and continue cooking till udon is soft
